Work Glove Sourcing for International Importers
Plan a wholesale work-glove inquiry with Hengli Safety in Linyi, Shandong, China. Use this guide to organize model selection, destination requirements, samples and OEM packaging for your business.
Our product range includes latex coated gloves, nitrile and PU coated gloves, cut-resistant gloves, TPR impact gloves and arm sleeves. Choose the construction and documented performance required for the actual task.
Europe: align the model and documentation
Tell us the destination country, intended use, required performance and language requirements for labels and instructions. Request the documentation for the exact model and construction before approving samples or packaging. EU and UK requirements should be reviewed separately with your importer or compliance adviser.
Our quality and standards checklist explains how to match model identity, test reports, markings and conformity documents. Mention required EN test results explicitly; a general product family name does not specify a protection rating.
United States and Canada: specify the requested test system
If your customer requests an ANSI cut or impact classification, include the exact requirement in the inquiry and ask for supporting evidence for the selected model. Do not substitute an EN cut letter for an ANSI classification. For TPR gloves, distinguish the physical back-of-hand protection design from a verified impact test result.
For distributor stock, include the size mix, pairs per retail pack, carton labeling and any private-label artwork. For a project order, also describe the task, handling conditions and sample evaluation requirements.
Australia and New Zealand: plan sample evaluation and pack sizes
Share your customer’s task assessment, requested protection documentation and required sizes. State whether the order is for distributor replenishment or a specific project, then give quantities by model and size. Confirm sample delivery arrangements before planning a wearer evaluation.
Include the delivery city or named port and requested delivery date so the quotation can distinguish goods, freight and delivery arrangements. General workplace PPE guidance is available from Safe Work Australia and WorkSafe New Zealand.
Latin America: prepare a model-by-model quotation
For Chile, Peru, Colombia, Panama and other Latin American destinations, specify the destination country and named port or delivery address. Include required Spanish labeling or instructions, your size mix, packaging and any documents requested by your importer or customer. For Brazil, specify any Portuguese-language requirements.
A useful freight inquiry includes the requested trade term and named destination; “South America” alone is not enough to price a shipment. Read our Spanish wholesale glove buying guide for an RFQ checklist.
Gulf countries: separate project requirements from product specifications
For Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, identify the destination country, importer and any customer or project specification. Include the requested test results, label and instruction languages, packaging, delivery location and target date.
For maintenance, construction or industrial procurement, describe the handling task and conditions. Ask us to confirm model-specific documentation and have your importer check the applicable local requirements before shipment. A TPR design or coating type alone does not establish suitability for a project.
What information makes a quotation useful?
- Company name, business email and destination country.
- Model numbers and estimated quantities for each model.
- Size breakdown; specify pairs for gloves and the agreed unit for sleeves.
- Required test evidence, labels, instructions and packaging.
- Sample needs, requested trade term, named port or delivery address, and target date.
Minimum order quantities and sizes vary by model. See the wholesale sourcing guide for examples. Freight, availability and production arrangements are subject to the quotation.
Can I request test reports before ordering?
Model-specific test reports are available on request. Please identify the selected product and destination so we can confirm the applicable documentation. Reports are provided directly during the sourcing discussion.
